A dental appointment as its own protocol: complaints, examination, dental chart by tooth number, local status, the diagnosis as dictated, treatment performed and recommendations. The service does not formulate the diagnosis, it records what was said.
Three packages for cats and dogs: abdomen, echocardiography with weight-normalized dimensions, pregnancy. Species, breed and weight are part of the protocol; reference values are drafts to be confirmed by a veterinarian. Pilot: the packages are available in the common list of exam types.
Speech is recognized in any language, and the protocol is built in the terminology of the record language: English, Deutsch, Español, Português, Русский, Қазақша, Беларуская, Українська. Fields, units and hints are translated into all of them following national reporting practice; the German, Spanish and Portuguese editions are being reviewed by native physicians.
