How to dictate

Right leg: CFA velocity and waveform, SFA, popliteal, ATA, PTA. Walls, stenoses with percent and location, ABI. Then left and the same. Finish with aorta and iliacs.

What to watch

Waveform in words: triphasic, biphasic, monophasic. It is a separate field next to the velocity.
Triphasic at all levels keeps the default waveforms; the service invents no velocities.
Stenosis with percent and location in one phrase: SFA stenosis in the mid third 60 percent.
ABI with a decimal, separately for each leg.
