How to pick this exam type

How to dictate
Frontal horns right and left, bodies, occipital horns, third and fourth ventricles, choroid plexus. Interhemispheric fissure, subarachnoid space, cavum septi, cisterna magna. Periventricular echogenicity, germinal matrix, parenchyma, thalami, posterior fossa. Anterior cerebral artery RI.
What to watch
- A pair 3 and 3 means right and left. One number for a pair is copied into both fields.
- RI needs a decimal: zero point seven.
- Describe cysts and hemorrhages in words with location and size: they go to the text fields.
- Reference values are printed for term infants; interpretation for preterm infants stays with the physician.
