A breast report is two symmetrical halves and attention to every lesion. Dictate by breast and the service separates right from left and puts the BI-RADS category in its own row.

Pick Breast ultrasound. Dictate the cycle day or type it into the note: it is printed because glandular thickness depends on the phase.
How to dictate
Start with the cycle day. Then the right breast: pattern, glandular thickness, ducts, lesions, category. Then left breast and the same items. Finish with axillary nodes. Describe a lesion with the clock position and distance from the nipple.
What to watch
- Say the BI-RADS category as a digit after describing each breast: it goes to its own row.
- Until you say left, everything belongs to the right breast.
- List several lesions in a row, they go to one lesion text field per breast.
- Describe implants and postoperative changes in words in the lesion field or the impression.
What the report will contain
General data, two identical breast tables, lymph nodes, impression. The glandular thickness reference range is printed with a note about age and cycle phase.
Reference ranges are printed for information only: the service does not compare values with norms and does not write a diagnosis. The impression stays yours.
After processing
The result arrives in 20-40 seconds. Any value, label or unit can be corrected in the editor and formulas recalculate. The document opens in Word and PDF, prints from the browser with the patient name typed on the spot, and can be shared with a colleague by link.
Frequently asked questions
Is a clock diagram printed?
No, the location is recorded as text: at 10 o'clock, 3 cm from the nipple. That is enough for follow-up.
How do I mark BI-RADS 0 or 6?
The package holds categories 1 to 5. Write 0 or 6 in words in the impression.
Can I dictate only one breast?
Yes. The other half stays empty and is not printed.
Are the patient fields mandatory?
No. Age helps interpretation, but the document builds without it.
