How to dictate
Right: deep veins compressible, GSV diameter and reflux, saphenofemoral junction, SSV diameter and reflux, perforators. Then left. Describe thrombosis with level, extent and thrombus character.
What to watch
- The words compressible, partially compressible, non compressible fill the deep vein field, nothing else is needed.
- Reflux is dictated as present or none; add duration and level in the same phrase.
- Vein diameters in millimetres with decimals.
- For thrombosis name the vein, the level of the tip and thrombus mobility in one phrase, it goes to the leg's text field.
