No patient identity
There are no fields for name, date of birth or record number. Documents carry age, weight and height only when you enter them. Identifying data is added by you outside SonoForm.
Home / Only what the protocol needs
SonoForm is built to hold as little as possible. Patient identity never enters the system.

Recordings are kept for 14 days and deleted automatically; you can shorten the term in your profile. Text, fields and documents stay until you delete the record.
Each record, document and link belongs to one account and is served only after an ownership check. Sign-in is by one-time code to your email; sessions can be revoked at any time.
Speech recognition and structuring run on external AI providers; a dedicated EU configuration is planned for the international edition.
A plain answer to the first question every department asks, so nobody has to guess.
It does not read measurements from DICOM SR, does not send anything into PACS, does not query a modality worklist and has no HL7 or FHIR interface. Nothing is installed on a scanner or a workstation.
In settings that have no structured reporting at all: private practice, small clinics, mobile and home visits, veterinary and dental offices. The report is written by voice and leaves as a Word or PDF file that you attach, paste or print the way you do now.
Worklist matching and sending the finished report to a hospital system are possible and not built yet. Write to support with what your department requires, and we will say honestly whether and when we can do it.
