Documentation assistant for ultrasound physicians. Not a medical device.

SonoForm is built to hold as little as possible. Patient identity never enters the system. There are no fields for name, date of birth or record number. Documents carry age, weight and height only when you enter them. Identifying data is added by you outside SonoForm. Recordings are kept for 14 days and deleted automatically; you can shorten the term in your profile. Text, fields and documents stay until you delete the record.

No. SonoForm is a documentation assistant. It does not interpret images or measurements and does not make diagnostic decisions. The physician remains responsible for the protocol.
