How to pick this exam type

How to dictate
Number of fetuses, presentation, heart rate. Biometry in a row as abbreviations: BPD, OFD, HC, AC, FL, HL. Anatomy by organ, or one phrase anatomy unremarkable. Placenta, fluid, AFI. Doppler: umbilical artery PI, MCA, uterine arteries. Cervix.
What to watch
- EFW uses the Hadlock formula from BPD, HC, AC and FL and is marked as calculated. Say the scanner's weight in words to override it.
- Uterine arteries 0.8 and 0.9 are read as right and left, the mean PI is calculated.
- CPR is calculated from MCA PI and umbilical artery PI.
- Describe an anatomical abnormality in the organ's own field in one phrase; normal organs keep their defaults.

What the report will contain
Six sections with tables, three calculated fields with formula footnotes, reference ranges for heart rate, AFI, cervix and CPR, impression. The text layout reads as a classic obstetric report.
Reference ranges are printed for information only: the service does not compare values with norms and does not write a diagnosis. The impression stays yours.
After processing

Frequently asked questions
Is the age by biometry calculated?
No, chart based age depends on the population, so you state it yourself: biometry consistent with 33 weeks. Only EFW, CPR and mean uterine PI are calculated.
Which EFW formulas are supported?
Hadlock 1985 with four parameters. Other formulas are planned.
How do I report growth restriction?
Dictate biometry, Doppler and your impression. The service does not calculate percentiles.
Are uterine arteries printed separately?
Yes, right, left and mean PI as separate rows.
