Write to support@getsonoform.com from the e-mail address of your account with the subject "Delete account", or send the request in the support chat of your web account. We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your account and all its data at any time.
What is deleted: all recordings with their audio, transcripts, reports and documents, shared links, your profile, sessions and connected devices.
What is kept: records of payments and balance transactions, for 5 years, and a technical log of the deletion without the content of your recordings, for 12 months.
Delete single recordings without deleting the account: open the recording in the app, tap ⋮ and then "Delete", or delete it in your web account. Its audio, transcript and documents are removed at once.
