Why SonoForm
A protocol, not a paragraph of text
Dictation services usually return the text of a conclusion. SonoForm returns a protocol: values in fields, calculations, reference ranges and documents the physician edits like a table.
Values, not text
Every number lands in its own field with a unit and a reference range. Formulas are calculated automatically with their inputs shown. Any value is edited in place and the documents rebuild themselves.
Echo available today
21 protocol packages including adult echocardiography with 58 fields and Teichholz and Simpson calculations. Abdomen, kidneys, thyroid, breast, pelvis, prostate, carotid, leg veins and arteries, soft tissue, scrotum, joints, obstetric first and second-third trimester, infant hips, neonatal cranial ultrasound.
Phone and browser
You can record your voice both on the website in your account and in the Android app. The recording quality is the same, but the app does not depend on the internet: if the connection drops, the recording and edits are kept on the phone and sent for processing as soon as the network is back. The browser has a web dictaphone, and a ready audio file made in another program or on a recorder can simply be uploaded. There is no iPhone app: iPhone users dictate in the web recorder of the workspace (New record → Dictaphone); it works in Safari.
Pay per report
No subscription and no monthly limit. You pay for a finished report, not for minutes, and the balance does not expire. 15 free reports to start, no card.
For clinics and physicians
Bank cards and PayPal for private practice; clinic details can be arranged on request. The physician's name, place and device go into the document from directories.
Nothing extra about the patient
There are no fields for a patient's name or record number: identity never enters the system. Audio is deleted after a retention period; text and documents stay as long as you need them.

For veterinarians
Three packages for cats and dogs: abdomen, echocardiography with weight-normalized dimensions, pregnancy. Species, breed and weight are part of the protocol; reference values are drafts to be confirmed by a veterinarian. Pilot: the packages are available in the common list of exam types.

Protocol languages. Speech is recognized in any language, and the protocol is built in the terminology of the record language: English, Français, Deutsch, Español, Português, Italiano, Română, Polski, Čeština, Slovenčina, Magyar, Türkçe, हिन्दी, বাংলা, Русский, Қазақша, Беларуская, Українська. Fields, units and hints are translated into all of them following national reporting practice. Data minimization
Only what the protocol needs
SonoForm is built to hold as little as possible. Patient identity never enters the system.
No patient identity
There are no fields for name, date of birth or record number. Documents carry age, weight and height only when you enter them. Identifying data is added by you outside SonoForm.
Audio deleted by schedule
Recordings are kept for 14 days and deleted automatically; you can shorten the term in your profile. Text, fields and documents stay until you delete the record.
Isolated accounts
Each record, document and link belongs to one account and is served only after an ownership check. Sign-in is by one-time code to your email; sessions can be revoked at any time.
Speech recognition and structuring run on external AI providers; a dedicated EU configuration is planned for the international edition. Data →

Clinical and technical questions
Does SonoForm give conclusions or assess the norm?
No. Reference ranges are shown for information, without colouring or automatic comparison. The impression contains only what the physician dictated or typed.
Which languages does dictation support?
The site and the web account work in 18 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Romanian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Turkish, Hindi, Bengali, Russian, Kazakh, Belarusian and Ukrainian. The protocol can be produced in any of them: all 21 exam types have field labels, terms and dictation hints in every language. Dictation is recognised in the language of the record, and English medical terms can be mixed in. The Russian site uzigolosom.ru works in Russian only.
Where do the recordings go?
Audio is stored in the project's own storage and deleted after 14 days. Recognition and structuring are performed by external AI providers under contract; recordings are not used for training.
Can I correct what the model got wrong?
Yes. Every value, unit, reference and label can be edited; changes are saved automatically and documents are rebuilt on download. Unrecognized phrases are listed separately and can be moved into fields.
How do I record on the phone?
The Android app pairs with your account by QR code and sends segments as you record; additions to the same study are merged. There is no iPhone app: iPhone users dictate in the web recorder of the workspace (New record → Dictaphone); it works in Safari.
Is this a medical device?
No. SonoForm is a documentation assistant. It does not interpret images or measurements and does not make diagnostic decisions. The physician remains responsible for the protocol.
