Partner Program Terms

1. General

These terms are an offer by Aleksandr Novikov, the developer of SonoForm (the Developer), to take part in the SonoForm partner program; they supplement the Terms of Service. Any account holder is a partner: the invitation link is available in the "Partners" section of the account. Using the invitation link means acceptance of these terms.

2. Linking invited users

A new user is linked to the partner if they sign up within 30 days after opening the invitation link (the mark is kept in the browser) or enter the partner's code when signing in from the app. The link is permanent. Existing users cannot be linked afterwards except by the Developer's decision at the request of both parties. No reward accrues for the partner's own accounts or accounts belonging to the same person.

3. Reward

For every credited payment of a linked user the partner is credited a share of the payment amount in the payment currency, at the moment the payment is credited: 20% for payments credited within 12 months of the day the user was linked, and 10% for every payment after that, with no end date. Free and bonus reports are not included. A refund to the user reduces the credit proportionally.

4. Conversion into reports

At any time the partner may convert the whole available balance into free reports of their own account at the single-report price without pack discount in effect at that moment. Converted reports do not expire, but are not refundable and are not paid out in money.

5. Cash payouts

In this edition of the service partner credits are used as free reports only; cash payouts are not offered. If cash payouts become available, the terms will be published here in advance.

6. Restrictions

Unsolicited mailings, paid search advertising on the service name, registering controlled accounts for the sake of the reward and other artificial linking are prohibited. In case of violation the Developer may cancel the credits and close the partner's participation, notifying the partner by e-mail.

7. Changes

The Developer may change these terms by publishing a new edition on the site at least 5 days before it takes effect; changes apply to payments made after the new edition takes effect. The current edition is published at getsonoform.com/en/legal/partner.
